This is the exciting part! You get to meet your baby! I provide 24 hour on call service starting at 38 weeks until you go into labor, where I will stay with you as an advocate & support person with around the clock care until the delivery of your baby. As a doula, advocate & support person, I will come to your birth location when called (yes, even in the middle of the night or you're not positive you are in labor) + provide services until a few hours after baby is born. During labor, I will create a calm atmosphere with lighting, birth affirmation cards & music. I provide pain management techniques with rebozo, frequent labor positioning, birth affirmations, hypnobirthing techniques, Spinning Babies for optimal baby positioning, breathing instruction, and massage. I also provide optional add ons including use of a TENS machine- a drug free type of pain relief.
